Server logs and privacy-respecting analytics: pages visited, referrer, browser type, and approximate region derived from IP. We use this to see which pages help readers and which need work. If you email us, we hold your address and message to answer you.

No accounts, no forms asking for your pet's medical history, no payment processing, and no sale of personal information to anyone. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not run third-party ad networks.

Quote links carry a tracking parameter that tells the insurer the visit came from us, which is how commissions are attributed. What you enter on the insurer's site after clicking is governed by that insurer's privacy policy, not ours. The full commercial relationship is described at our disclosure.

Ask via the contact page and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, subject to legal retention requirements. Residents of states with privacy statutes, including California, hold these rights by law; we extend them to everyone. This policy's effective date and any amendments appear here when the site launches publicly.
